Dining Services Coordinator
Love working the line but ready for a better schedule?
Join a team where you can continue cooking from scratch and delivering a high-quality dining experience—without late nights or unpredictable hours.
Position Overview
The Dining Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a restaurant-style dining experience for residents, combining strong culinary execution with a high level of hospitality. This position is hands-on in the kitchen, supporting scratch cooking, line operations, and daily meal service while ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
In this role, you’ll assist with menu execution, food preparation, inventory, and kitchen organization, while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to create a welcoming dining experience that feels more like hospitality dining than traditional food service.
The ideal candidate brings experience in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys working the line, and takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality meals. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for service are essential. ServSafe certification is required.
