Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, delivering scalable solutions for strategic customers and partners.
- Work directly with customer engineering teams and leadership to understand challenges, define technical approaches, and maximize the value of deployed solutions.
- Design software architectures, build integrations, and develop production-ready applications using strong engineering practices.
- Apply creativity and technical expertise to solve ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions with measurable impact.
- Act as a technical bridge between internal teams and customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of products and technologies.
- Previous experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including professional roles, internships, student organizations, or personal projects involving customer collaboration.
- Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in Python, software architecture principles, and API integrations.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions while navigating complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts clearly and identify effective solutions.
