This position is in the Office of the Administrator (AO), Office of Policy and Regulatory Management, Regulatory Policy and Management Division, Regulatory Management Branch. About AO. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
At the full performance level of this position, you will: Manage and lead cross-agency participation in regulatory and policy activities, consistent with the Action Development Process (ADP) process. Lead Agency efforts related to the Regulatory Flexibility Act, as amended by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Flexibility Act (RFA/SBREFA) Regulatory Enforcement Flexibility Act (RFA/SBREFA). Serve as first-line supervisor for administrative staff. Make budget and resource allocation decisions concerning assistance agreements made and analyses performed within the Regulatory Management Branch. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
