Accountabilities:

    • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
    • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with affiliates to develop sustainable and high-performing partnerships.
    • Negotiate and manage different partnership models, including CPA, RevShare, and hybrid agreements.
    • Monitor affiliate performance metrics such as FTDs, NGR, traffic quality, conversion rates, and retention.
    • Optimize campaigns and partner strategies to improve ROI and maximize acquisition results.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Payments, Risk, and Compliance to ensure effective operations.
    • Ensure affiliate activities follow brand standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines.
    • Prepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic insights and forecasts.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management or a similar partnership-focused role.
      • Strong understanding of the LATAM affiliate ecosystem and proven experience working across regional markets.
      • Established network of active affiliate partners and the ability to develop new strategic relationships.
      • Solid knowledge of affiliate KPIs, performance tracking, and partnership optimization models.
      • Experience using affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools.
      • Strong English communication skills; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a significant advantage.
      • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
      • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
