The Senior Manager, Employee and Partner Enablement is responsible for defining and executing the learning strategy that drives the success of Tekion’s services organization and external partner ecosystem. This role leads a team of blended learning developers and facilitators, builds scalable enablement programs, and ensures alignment with business outcomes and operational priorities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep instructional expertise, a passion for leadership, and experience enabling services organizations and partner ecosystems at scale.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Define the services enablement learning strategy and lead execution across internal teams, partners, and customer-facing functions
- Manage and mentor a team of blended learning developers and facilitators to deliver impactful learning solutions
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders across Product, Services, and Customer Value to ensure learning programs address performance needs
- Oversee the development of scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous development content
- Establish success metrics for enablement initiatives and lead efforts to measure, analyze, and iterate programs based on data and feedback
- Foster innovation in learning methods, tools, and delivery to improve knowledge retention and operational readiness
- Represent the enablement learning function in strategic planning discussions and business reviews
- Job Complexity: Leads enterprise-wide enablement initiatives with broad organizational impact, requiring alignment with senior leadership and multiple business units
- Required Supervision: Operates with full autonomy and accountability for the direction, performance, and success of the enablement learning function
- Expertise: Recognized as a strategic expert in learning and development for services organizations, with strong leadership and cross-functional influence
Basic Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in partner and professional services enablement
- 3+ years managing learning teams, including experience with team development and leadership at scale
- Deep expertise in learning strategy, and adult education methodologies
- Proven success developing and scaling enablement programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range$106,125—$176,500 USD
